I hour informal assessment. (This will include 1 formal reading test and 1 formal spelling test).

A written profile of strengths and weaknesses, with support strategies suggested to assist learning.

Personalised 6 week learning plan.

This will state targets to be worked on, support strategies and resources to be used.

To be personalised to the learners likes and taking into account strengths and weaknesses. (This can only be done after an Informal assessment has been carried out, and parents have completed a questionnaire).

Personalised 1 hour tuition. (This will normally be lesson from the Personalised Learning Plan).

£25 per hour

Examination and analysis of a formal diagnostic assessment carried out by another professional. Support strategies suggested (in a written document),to be used within the classroom or at home.
